Woven OOAK rainbow shawl

A truly exceptional handwoven shawl, meticulously crafted over the course of an entire week. Every stage of its creation has been completed entirely by hand, resulting in a one-of-a-kind textile that is impossible to replicate.

Hand-spun from the finest merino wool, this shawl is enriched with delicate accents of Angelina fibre, lustrous silk, and soft wool locks, creating subtle depth, texture, and a gentle shimmer that catches the light beautifully.

Each individual colour has been thoughtfully blended by hand before being spun into two bobbins as a single strand. Those strands are then plied together in a third spinning process, producing a beautifully balanced yarn with remarkable character. This wonderful process is repeated for every colour of the rainbow before the finished yarns are carefully woven on my loom, transforming weeks of artistry into a timeless heirloom.

More than a shawl, this is a celebration of traditional craftsmanship it is a wearable work of art, created slowly, intentionally, and with extraordinary attention to detail.

Care: To preserve the beauty of your heirloom piece, gently hand wash in warm water using a wool-safe detergent. Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry. Treat with care and it will be treasured for years to come.
